Workday Talent & Performance + Recruiting Functional Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Talent & Performance + Recruiting Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday’s Talent & Performance + Recruiting module, with experience in configuration, implementation, and optimization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support Workday Talent & Performance and Recruiting functionalities to enhance talent acquisition, goal setting, performance reviews, career development, and hiring processes. You will also work with technical teams – including data and integration – providing functional inputs and validating testing scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Workday Talent & Performance + Recruiting module implementation, configuration and optimization.
• Provide expert guidance on Workday Talent & Performance + Recruiting best practices.
• Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop and maintain functional documentation and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.
• Configure Workday Talent & Performance and Recruiting business processes, including job requisitions, candidate management, interview workflows, goal management, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processes.
• Work closely with data and integration teams, providing functional inputs, validating test scenarios, and troubleshooting issues.
• Conduct system testing, including preparing test cases, executing tests and resolving defects.
• Provide end-user training and develop documentation.
• Stay updated with Workday features and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading and managing the team to achieve successful outcomes, making key decisions, and providing status updates to the PMO.
