Head of Research & Development

Overview

Study & implementation of new product based on sales, customer or internal feedback. Completion of new project based on time schedule. Review of customer specification, and shall address customer designated special characteristic in APQP document (if any). Review supplier specification (if any). Implement, monitor and maintain R&D activities according to IATF 16949 & ISO 14001. Providing internal or external training to staff. Appraisal of staff. Evaluation of new technologies or equipment. Complying to 5S. Assisting superior in all matters related duties as and when needed. Assist in other duties as and when assigned. Supporting superior and providing assistance whenever requested or required.

Requirements :

Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical and Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering

Min 8-10 working experiences in manufacturing or related field

Knowledge of Passive component, especially inductors

Ability to read and interpret schematics and circuit diagram.

Experience with simulation software such as MATLAB

Knowledge of coding languages such as VBA, html, etc.

Familiarity with materials such as ferrite, ceramic, etc.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Knowledge of Quality Management System and Environmental Management System, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
