This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining and developing the discipline team skill set. You are responsible for allocating resources to ensure deliverables related to global performance and station keeping are completed per budget, schedule, quality and safety requirements. You take ownership of engineering and / or design activities within the Discipline. You manage uncertainty and provide guidance to the team so that designs are properly executed and risk is managed to reduce negative impact to the overall project. You coordinate with other Discipline Managers to monitor interfaces and collectively increase engineering performance.
