Job Purpose
Responsible to implement business management strategies to grow and support Personal Financing portfolio for bank with the aim to provide operational and service delivery to achieve prescribed levels of customer satisfaction as well as achieve financial targets and non-financial objectives of the business.
Accountabilities
- Contribute and implement the overall business relationship strategies and plans and monitor progress towards its achievement.
- Assist to monitor and manage sales hubs and sales personnel and review their performance on regular basis to achieve the desired results.
- Work closely with AIBB and other relevant stakeholders to ensure every enhancement on the existing system or process and / or roll out of new products are within timeline.
- Liaise with AIBB and other stakeholders on administrative matters and response to internal and external customers’ enquiries.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of an effective marketing strategy in order to maintain and increase market share, as well as generate profitable business opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in banking or in the related field.An in-depth knowledge of Personal Financing products.A good understanding of the general, economic and business environment of the region.Computer literacy at user level.Skills and Knowledge
Good leadership qualities and good interpersonal and problem solving skills.Initiative and committed.Good skills in using basic Microsoft Software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Seniority level
