We are seeking a strategic and collaborative location HR manager who can take care of below responsibilities :
General Management and Strategy
- Manage and coordinate all HR activities for the plant
- Drive the implementation of the Corporate HR Initiatives in the location (e.g., culture development, diversity)
- Ensure the achievement of HR targets according to internal and external customer expectations (e.g., high quality of processes, data management, and tools)
- Participate in HR reviews and audits and implement required actions
- Interface with sector or BA functions to gather local HR requirements and feedback
- Prepare, review, and manage the budget and forecast of HR cost centers
HR Administration, Services, and Labor & Employee Relations
Administer payroll, benefits, personnel files, training, expat administration, exit management, and timekeeping according to standards, respecting budget and legal requirementsSteer and manage job evaluation, plant compensation policies, programs, or compensation market benchmarkingFacilitate annual salary reviewsHandle collective bargaining responsibilities together with plant and / or legal entity managementPlan and implement local employee relations measures (motivation, conflict resolution, events, communication) to foster a positive work cultureEnsure local labor law adherence (minimum wage, working hours, labor agreements) according to standardsRepresent the organization to the local community (employee representatives, union, etc.)Talent and Performance Management
Implement plant talent and competency management, including planning, training, and leadership development according to standardsEnsure talent management programs are accessible to target groups at the plantMonitoring and Reporting
Ensure HR KPI monitoring and reporting (headcount, labor availability, recruiting success) in cooperation with plant management and controllingInitiate measures to improve CBS performanceContinuous Improvement of HR Processes / Standardization
Ensure local implementation of central HR standardsProvide feedback for the development of HR standards and IT systems (recruiting, personnel files, etc.)Your profile
Degree in economics, law, HR, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of experience in a generalist HR roleFlexible mindset with legal awarenessProblem-solving skills and customer orientationAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft OfficeProficiency in HR information systems and analytics toolsIn-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practicesOur offer
