DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide correct and clear shipping instruction to Import Operation to proceed import declaration.
  • Check pre-alert from shipper & overseas counterpart for shipment delivery arrangement as well as update of irregularity Information (offloaded, damage or other)
  • Coordinate with Import Operation, Warehouse & Transport Dept for smooth shipment handling and information flow to ensure shipment on time delivery.
  • Ensure correct data and charges key-in at UFS as per HAWB's instruction and quotation provided.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints on airfreight consignments of Air Import
  • Preparation for daily report as customer required.

Requirement :

  • Diploma in any field.
  • 1-2 years freight forwarding & logistics industry customer service experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Computer literate.
  • Willing to work at Batu Maung.
