Key Accountabilities We are seeking a highly experienced individual as an

Head Strategy & Operation . This position provides strategic and operational support at the organizational level. You will work closely with the C-Suite to administer key divisions, monitor business performance and KPIs, ensure business dashboard reporting are up to date and help drive corporate policies and strategies. Acting as a critical liaison between the C-Suite and internal teams. You will play a vital role in supporting the company’s objectives and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are key to success in this role.

Job Responsibilities

Provide direct support to the C-Suite in administering and coordinating internal management and operational activities in line with business objectives.

Assist in the overseeing key business functions and units.

Support the development, alignment, and implementation of corporate policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and strategic initiatives.

Monitor KPIs to ensure performance targets are achieved.

Assist in monitoring group risk portfolios and mitigation plans on behalf of the C-Suite.

Assist in the formation of the annual corporate scorecard and business plan, ensuring timely and effective execution.

Coordinate and prepare reports, and updates on business development, market insights, and corporate initiatives.

Facilitate the development of proposals and presentations for strategic collaborations.

Maintain and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, clients, and partners.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field.

Experience in IT business especially cloud ecosystem, enterprise solution

Has been a Director of Operation or equivalent, for IT business with minimum 5 years of experience

Experience liaising with government agencies, regulators, and corporate stakeholders, particularly in the IT / tech ecosystem.

Exposure to corporate governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks in a regulated environment.
