Senior UI / UX Designer

Orius is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI / UX Designer to join our team & potentially the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading UI / UX design initiatives across a variety of projects, including product design, eCommerce projects, website projects, and other digital endeavors. As a Sr UI / UX Designer, you will have the opportunity to shape the visual and interactive aspects of our client’s digital products and platforms, ensuring they are both visually appealing and user-friendly.

Projects that you will be working on : eCommerce Websites, Digital Websites, Mobile App & Product Design, digital branding.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the UI / UX design process from concept to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
• Conduct discovery, user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products and projects.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI / UX design.
• Present your work to peers, business stakeholders, and leadership, async and in-person, in a clear and articulated manner, paired with great story-telling skills
