About the role

As a Senior Site Supervisor at Dynivest Progress Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site. Working on a contract basis, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of construction projects, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

What you'll be doing

Work closely with consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and related departments to solve site problems.
Ensure the quality of work is carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures, work instructions and etc.
Ensure activities are carried out in compliance with safety requirements and regulations.
Responsible for coordination, supervision, monitoring and control of construction works.
Daily work planning, coordinate and monitor sub-contractor activities according to the schedule and regulations standards.
Site work supervision and inspection, able to coordinate as a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

What we\'re looking for

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering or related field

3 or more years of experience in managing construction projects

Experienced in water pipeline is an advantage

Strong understanding of construction practices, materials, and equipment

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical documents

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
