Assistant Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Obey the superior's command, implement work arrangements, coordinate departmental safety production, 6S and on-site personnel management.
• Rationally plan production resources, control costs, and ensure efficient completion of production plans.
• Optimize equipment use, reduce consumption, and improve production efficiency.
• Report major production, quality and other issues in a timely manner, organize analysis and solve them.
• Carry out personnel performance appraisal and training, coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, and deal with production emergencies.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
