Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping and maintain a full set of accounts.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare creditors and debtors aging reports.
- Prepare and submit financial reports and accounts for external auditing.
- Ensure accurate documentation, filing, and maintenance of accounting records in compliance with company policies.
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to accounting systems, procedures, and internal controls.
- Manage assigned accounting tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Assist with internal audit functions as needed.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate parties.
- Provide support for general office administration and ad-hoc duties to facilitate daily operations.
