Penerangan pekerjaanPrepare and maintain required laboratory records in a manner that ensures traceability and data integrity. Assist the R&D leader with documentation required for new samples and raw materials, including specification sheets, test reports and relevant approvals Maintain a lab inventory of raw materials, housekeeping items and work-in-progress materials for use in sample preparation, ensuring proper stock rotation and storage conditions Support and maintain proper storage and upkeep of raw materials, sample prototypes, matching stock, tools and utensils in the laboratory, in accordance with hygiene and segregation requirements for allergen control. Maintain a clean working area in the R&D laboratory and storage areas through routine cleaning, proper waste disposal and pest prevention measures. Responsible for overseeing and managing laboratory operations, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of the laboratory facility, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role plays a critical role in coordinating resources, implementing processes, and providing leadership to ensure the successful execution of laboratory activities and works closely with scientific and technical personnel, as well as management and external stakeholders, to achieve the laboratory's objectives
Responsibilities :
Sample Preparation & Testing
- Prepare samples for customers, ensuring correct labelling, storage and handling to prevent contamination.
- Prepare food product samples and references for sensory evaluation (including new product and expired product assessments) in accordance with hygiene and safety requirements.
- Perform related testing for product development purposes following approved methods and documenting results accurately.
