About the Role :
We are seeking a competitive and motivated Sales Manager / Executive with expertise in BIM and the AEC industry to drive business growth and strengthen client partnerships. The role involves generating new leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals to contribute to the company's rapid and sustainable expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and research new business opportunities within the construction and BIM / AEC industry.
- Manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and set up client meetings.
- Lead generation and client acquisition for manpower outsourcing and project requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while addressing client concerns effectively.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, events, and conferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client solutions and ensure project success.
Job Requirements :
2–3 years of experience in the construction industry (mandatory).Prior exposure to BIM and AEC industry sales is preferred.Strong knowledge of staffing, manpower outsourcing, and deployment solutions.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.Ability to create professional presentations and deliver impactful client pitches.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a competitive environment.Willingness to be based in Singapore.Job Type : Full-time
