About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Infinity RC Builder Sdn Bhd. As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on our construction sites. This full-time role is a crucial part of our organization, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams, including tradespeople, labourers, and subcontractors
- Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
- Managing site operations, including materials, equipment, and workforce scheduling
- Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise on site in a timely manner
- Providing progress updates to project managers and other stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to site activities
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment on site
