You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing comprehensive information about our training services and ensuring a professional and positive experience. Your role is pivotal in converting inquiries into loyal clients through exceptional customer service and operational support.
Responsibilities :
- Set up prospect profiles in the CRM system.
- Build rapport and strong professional relationships with interested prospects, acting on any sales opportunities.
- Handle incoming inquiries and manage client bookings and consultation appointments.
- Keep clients updated and in touch through all relationship-building checkpoints within the KD Trainer Training System.
- Respond to and handle incoming client feedback alongside the team.
- Liaise with clients regarding payments and general inquiries.
- Update the Client Results wall, achievement board, and other relevant updates to keep the team and clients informed.
- Organise client testimonials and marketing content.
- Collaborate with other departments to organise social events for trainers and clients.
- Build, enhance, and maintain the client experience with KD Trainer professionally.
- Perform billing and administrative duties.
- Handle the opening and closing of the workplace.
