Summary
Be the face of our hotel and the first warm welcome our guests receive. As a Receptionist, you’ll create meaningful first impressions, ensure seamless arrivals and departures, and deliver thoughtful, personalized service that reflects Alila’s values of connection, authenticity, and contemporary hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest records, billing, and room assignments.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and directions, providing knowledgeable recommendations and thoughtful support.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, in line with hotel grooming standards.
- Promote the hotel’s facilities, services, and ongoing offers to enhance guest experiences.
- Support your team by being adaptable and willing to assist in other areas when required.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a Front Office, Guest Services, or similar role in a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Proficient in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused personality with a strong sense of responsibility.A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys engaging with people.Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Our family is always growing.
