Overview
Train and monitor nationwide dealers’ Sales personnel knowledge and skill development status through training programs to improve service level efficiency, productivity and operation effectiveness towards achieving and sustaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Improves training effectiveness by participating in the development of new training approaches and techniques, enhancing or updating available learning resources to ensure relevancy and meeting market need.
- Perform review of own activity plan and assist in section business plan and strategy review through participating, contributing and providing analysis through Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) activities to maximize performance to achieve section and departmental objectives.
- Facilitate feedback to other division department and unit with regards to training needs, training opportunities, and training programs.
- Effectively communicate and update relevant information on timely and periodically basis to both management and team members.
- Manage project deliverables and resources to be in line with the departmental objectives.
- Coordinate and participate in events or special assignments as needed.
- Prepare both summary and detailed reports upon request
- Carry out additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
Degree in any field with experience in Training, Hospitality, Service, Automotive or related industry is preferred.Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.Possess a valid driving license and travel is required.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Project Management.Skilled in video production or editing and have a strong understanding of social media platforms and strategy.Effective training and facilitation skills, with a good grasp of human interaction and psychology.Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.Highly committed to delivering quality outcomes with strong self-initiative and ownership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
