Overview

Summary : As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external teams to distribute best-in-class creative campaigns for Client titles.

Responsibilities

  • You will play a key role in managing vendors who distribute Client campaigns for the biggest global and local titles, as well as various smaller earned and owned title.
  • You will co-ordinate and work with external creative and media agencies, as well as internal local and global stakeholders, to ensure timely and seamless flighting of paid and organic campaigns

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably from a consumer brand or creative agency that handles marketing campaigns.
  • Have knowledge and exposure to running 360-campaigns, from campaign development to tactical execution (including AV / trailers, digital / social, print, and out-of-home).
  • Must be a creative thinker with a strong pulse on pop culture and social trends
  • Is a proactive and highly-organized collaborator in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment. We will typically have multiple campaigns launching at once which require working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Written and Verbal fluency in both English and Korean

  • Deep knowledge of pop culture, having invested thousands of hours consuming content. Someone truly passionate about entertainment, capable of extracting powerful communication insights from our original content
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously without the support of a large team, working both independently and in close collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Clear communication that keeps teams accountable vs just relaying information from point A to point B
  • Ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
  • Capacity to continuously provide and receive constructive, actionable feedback to and from colleagues
