Job Description
- Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and operational reports
- Translate business requirements into visual reporting solutions
- Support both the BI System and Core Reporting System platforms
- Manage metadata, KPIs, and ensure data consistency across reports
- Work closely with users to validate output and improve usability
