Penerangan pekerjaan
Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting transactions including data entry, invoicing, payment, and receipts.
Preparing bank reconciliation, staff claims, and petty cash management.
Maintain proper record-keeping of accounting documents and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Support internal and external audit preparations.
Manage office administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
Prepare monthly payroll, statutory payment such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB.
HR-related tasks such as leave tracking and employee documentation.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements
Minimum LCCI Level
At least 3-4 years working experience
Computer literate & familiar with SQL System
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Initiative and work independently
