Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting transactions including data entry, invoicing, payment, and receipts.
  • Preparing bank reconciliation, staff claims, and petty cash management.
  • Maintain proper record-keeping of accounting documents and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Support internal and external audit preparations.
  • Manage office administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, statutory payment such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB.
  • HR-related tasks such as leave tracking and employee documentation.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • Minimum LCCI Level
  • At least 3-4 years working experience
  • Computer literate & familiar with SQL System
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Initiative and work independently
