Minimum 2 years of working experience in audit or accounting firms are preferred; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Adaptable to various team dynamics and project requirements. Duties and Responsibilities :
- Handle full set of accounts and manage month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Prepare project budgets and forecasts and analyze project ledgers against construction budgets.
- Assist with audit and tax preparations, including responding to queries and liaising with auditors and tax agents.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Perform any other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.
