Location : Bandar Utama (5–8 mins walk from MRT)

Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm

Basic Salary : Up RM Quartely Incentive up RM 1000

Job Scope :

Research and build a database of prospective clients in targeted industries.
Initiate contact, present services, and build relationships to convert leads into opportunities.
Create, design, and distribute EDM campaigns; track effectiveness.
Prepare and submit tenders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Conduct research, identify trends, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
Attend industry events to build a professional network and generate new leads.
Maintain accurate records, prepare sales reports, and track progress via CRM software.
Work closely with recruitment consultants and marketing teams to meet client needs and improve service offerings.

What We're Looking For

Minimum degree in any discipline.

Entry-level candidates welcome – sales-driven attitude is more important than experience.

Strong spoken and written English.

High energy, competitive, and motivated by targets and incentives.

Great people skills – confident in speaking with both clients and candidates.
