Overview About this Position. Defining and leading KAM strategies, growth plans (and innovation roadmap) to achieve regional / local Business Unit (BU) / Strategy Business Unit (SBU) goals.
Responsibilities
Develops and executes regional / local key account strategy (short-, mid- and long-term) aligned with the SBU / BU strategy
Delivers sales plans and project pipeline
Optimizes sales mix to achieve higher growth and margins
Ensures correct manufacturing footprint are made to support focus segment growth
Develop sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, negotiate and secure key accounts contracts
Improve pipeline of projects
Steers join innovation roadmap with customers and develop unique business model to gain competitive advantage and growth
Drives and rolls-out customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling
Analyzes financial KPIs and proactively steers key account business
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field. Technical background is a plus, particularly in surface treatment, chemical engineering or material science.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in industrial sales
Fluent in English
