Purchasing Executive | Up to RM4,400 | Puchong | SPJ

Job Position : Purchasing Executive

salary Package : RM3,400-RM4,400

Working Day : 5 Days + alt. Sat

Working Hour : Mon Thu : 9 : 30am 6 : 30pm

Fri : 9 : 30am 7 : 30pm

Sat (alt) : 9 : 30am 1 : 30pm

Job Scope : Production, Planning & Scheduling (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily stock movements and maintaining proper inventory records
  • Ensure items purchased are properly evaluated
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers and sales team for orders, price and product availability.
  • Provide excellent customers service and support via regular communications.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery to sales team.
  • Able to multi-tasks and accept ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Requirements

  • Holder of SPM / O Level qualification or higher
  • Fluent in Mandarin is preferred as necessary to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers.
  • At least 1 year related working experience
  • Software skills : Microsoft Office, SQL
