Overview

Westernacher Consulting is expanding in Malaysia. We are looking for a Sales Lead to shape our SAP business across Southeast Asia. You’ll build CXO-level relationships, craft sales strategies, and turn customer challenges into SAP-powered solutions. You’ll manage key accounts, expand opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling, and play a pivotal role in strengthening our regional footprint. This is an opportunity for a proven sales professional with deep knowledge of the SEA market and SAP ecosystem to take ownership, drive impact, and grow with a company that values collaboration, innovation, and long-term client success.

What You’ll Do

  • Build trust and long-term relationships with key clients across the region.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive SAP solutions and services.
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored SAP solutions that solve real business challenges.
  • Manage and grow the sales pipeline, delivering accurate forecasts and reports to leadership.
  • Drive growth with existing accounts through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Engage in consultative selling turning business challenges into IT-enabled opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal practice leaders to deliver customer success.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for operational matters (e.g AR, SOW).
  • Report regularly to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of proven sales or key account management experience in SAP technology, handling mid to large accounts.
  • Strong track record working in Southeast Asia markets, with a deep understanding of regional culture and business.
  • Experience managing CXO-level relationships with strong business acumen.
  • Established SAP alliance relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills across all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (MS CRM preferred).
  • Background in SAP Supply Chain services is an advantage.
