Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 3 years of working experience in interior design (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior positions). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, Aihouse, or other design software. Strong sense of creativity, detail-oriented, and good project management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Competitive salary package (based on experience). Job Responsibilities :
- Develop creative interior design concepts and layouts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare design proposals, space planning, 3D visuals, mood boards, and detailed drawings.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, and décor according to project requirements and budgets.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure design execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the timeline and cost expectations.
