Description

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Software Developer to join our global technology team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing and enhancing our internal digital platforms, driving automation, and delivering impactful technology solutions across our business. You’ll work on a mix of product development and operational improvements, helping us scale smarter and faster.

On a typical day, it looks like this...

Leading the development of our web-based people management and data processing tools
Maintaining and expanding your technical expertise across our enterprise digital solutions
Building a deep understanding of our systems, architecture, and data landscape
Balancing multiple development projects alongside internal support requests
Collaborating with clients to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement through technology

Does this sound like you?

Proven experience in a full stack software development role

Strong skills in MS SQL, .NET (C# and VB.NET), HTML / CSS / JavaScript

Familiarity with Classic ASP is a plus

Ideally degree-qualified in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English to collaborate across a global team

A solid grasp of secure software development practices and database design

A collaborative mindset — someone who thrives in a team and enjoys solving problems together

Exceptional attention to detail — you notice when things don’t look right and are driven to fix them
