Penerangan pekerjaanDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies aligning with the company’s goals Conduct market research, understand the target audience, and identify marketing and growth opportunities Create and execute campaigns across various digital channels, like email, social media, paid advertising and search engine optimisation Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums Design website banners and assist with web visuals Communicate with clients, affiliate networks and affiliate partners Provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI)
Requirements
- Nationality : Malaysian
- Experience : Minimum of 1 year in Digital Marketing or a similar role
- Education : Diploma (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Industry Interest : Keen interest in working within a marketing agency environment
- Digital Marketing Skills :
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Proficiency in SEO, email marketing, and managing social media campaigns
- Analytical Skills :
- Familiar with using tools such as Google Analytics for performance tracking and campaign optimization
- Creativity :
- Ability to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns
- Technical Knowledge :
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization, A / B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Adaptability :
- Willingness to stay current with fast-evolving digital marketing trends
- Communication :
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills with designers and copywriters to ensure marketing efforts align with product updates
- Fresh Graduates :
