​Role and Responsibilities​

  • Prepare T

echnical Design

for Solar PV System;

  • Prepare T

    • echnical Drawings

    include but not limited to Solar PV Layout, Single Line Diagram, Cable Route and other detail drawings;

  • Prepare necessary drawings, calculations and information necessary for P

    • roject Authority submission;

  • Prepare 3

    • D modelling

    using available software, ex : SketchUp;

  • Prepare s

    • olar energy yield estimation report

    using available software, ex : PVsyst;

  • Prepare P

    • roject Budget;

  • Prepare and submit R

    • equest for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Requisition (PR);

  • Prepare s

    • ite visit report and dilapidation report;

  • Ensure c

    • omply to the timeline

    given for design and procurement stage;

  • Closely liaise with Supply Chain on the p

    • rocurement of materials status;

  • Off and on visit Project Site;
  • Attend to m

    • eeting with external parties,

    example : Client, Contractors and Suppliers; A

  • Attend i

    • nternal project meeting

    starting from kick-off to post-mortem after completion of project;

  • Close communication with Project Team to discuss on i

    • ssues at site due to design related matters;

  • Prepare T

    • echnical Proposal and Tender

    to Client;

  • Perform s

    • ite visit for pre-sales and prepare site visit report;

  • Prepare necessary d

    • ocuments for handover

    to client and to internal O&M team;

  • Any other ad-hoc task / s to be assigned by direct superior / HOD; ​

    • Additional Notes​ (IF ANY)

  • Must possess at least Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Understanding of Solar PV System, utility interconnections, metering requirements and data systems.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa to coordinate events, of working experience in the related field.
  • Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English. Excellent in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, team working, documentation skills.
  • Extra advantage if possesses experience using PVsyst and SketchUp
