About the role
As an International Technical Support Engineer at TOZED KANGWEIMALAYSIA SDN.BHD., you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality technical support to our global customer base. In this full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and online chat
- Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to our telecommunications products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems
- Document and maintain detailed records of all support interactions and resolutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field3-5 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role within the telecommunications industryProven ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customersStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer serviceProficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and writtenFlexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWhat we offer
