TASPACK INDUSTRIAL SDN BHD ("TASPACK") has been in operation since 1990. The company specializes in offset printing of instruction manuals and packaging for electronics multinational companies, pharmaceutical and food industries. TASPACK is equipped with high-tech machines and a professional team focused on meeting high quality standards for domestic and international markets.

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business with assigned dealers.
• Plan marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor competitor and market developments and report insights to relevant departments.
• Ensure alignment of dealer-level strategies with company objectives.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Administration : ensure daily operations comply with company policies and disseminate sales information while gathering customer feedback.
• Other duties as assigned by Management and support Heads of Department as needed.
