Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Online Takaful Consultant, based in Melaka with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Online Takaful Consultant will be responsible for providing consulting services to clients, delivering excellent customer service, and developing sales strategies.

Duties include understanding clients' needs, advising on suitable financial products, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication, Consulting, and Customer Service
• Experience and proficiency in Sales, No Experience are welcome
• Ability to deliver effective Training sessions (Training Provided)
• Relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills (Training Provided)
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
