Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and technical requirements. Solution Design & Proposal Development Collaborate with internal technical teams to design tailored digital solutions, including web and mobile applications, cloud services, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives. Product Demonstrations & Presentations Conduct product demos and deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate the value of Asia Quest’s offerings to clients and stakeholders. RFP / RFI Response Management Lead and coordinate the preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), and other client documentation, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Technical Consultation & Advisory Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights on best-fit solutions and technology stacks that address their needs. Collaboration with Sales & Technical Teams Work closely with the Sales team to align solutions with client expectations and project deliverables. Provide technical support during client meetings and discussions. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to continuously enhance our solutions and value proposition. Customer Relationship Management Foster strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust in Asia Quest’s services. Qualifications & Requirements

Over 3 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, IT consulting, or business analysis within the IT industry. Ability to develop action plans to achieve set KPIs. At least 1 year of experience in any phase of SaaS service sales, implementation, development, or operations and maintenance. Deep understanding of digital transformation, web and mobile application development, cloud services, and system integration. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value propositions. Experience in proposal writing, project scoping, and technical documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
