Job Description & Job Details

Position : Account Executive (Open For Fresh Grad)

Salary : RM 2,500 - RM 3,000

Location : 6, Persiaran Jubli Perak Seksyen 22, 40300 Shah Alam

Working Days : Monday - Friday

Working Hours : 8.30AM - 5.30PM

Job Description

• Prepare Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and General Ledger. Also responsible for adjustment journals and final monthly & yearly accounts.
• Check invoices, manage supplier payments, and customer collections. Prepare bank reconciliations and supplier statements.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management. Do cost analysis and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare documents for internal and external audits. Handle SST, e-filing, and other tax-related matters.
• Provide basic financial input to support management decisions. Monitor company budget and control expenses.
• Update records using accounting system / software.
