Job description
- Driver for director.
- Sending and picking up the guest as required.
- Travel outstation when required and assigned by director.
- Assisting with the planning and execution of transportation needs, including scheduling, route planning, and ensuring vehicles are in good working order.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle, including regular inspections, minor repairs and cleaning the cars.
- Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
- Reception duties like providing basic information to visitors, answering phones, and managing mail and deliveries.
- Assisting with tasks related to shipping, receiving, and managing inventory.
- Other Ad-Hoc tasks assigned by director.
Requirements :
At least SPM and valid Car License.Preferable with GDL license.At least 1 year of related experience.Familiar with roads.Good driving record.Experience in routes planning.Pleasant Personality.Reliability.Punctual.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
