We are seeking proactive and responsible Building Executives to join our growing property management team. With multiple vacancies available across different sites around Selangor, each successful candidate will be assigned to a specific location.

As a Building Executive, you will be overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising service providers, handling tenant matters, and ensuring smooth and compliant management of the property. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about property management and enjoy hands-on operational responsibilities.
What you'll be doing
Support in day-to-day site operationsSupervise and monitor contractors and service providers (e.g., security, cleaning, landscaping, lifts, pest control) to ensure service qualityAttend to tenant requests and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-upMonitor access for contractors, suppliers, and consultants entering the propertyOversee building operations, including use of common areas, facilities, access control, security, parking, and lift usageReview tenancy fit-out plans, ensure compliance and proper approvalEnforce safe work practices and compliance with statutory regulations (Strata Title Act 1985 & Strata Management Act 2013)Supervising the on-site staff and ensuring performance standards are metConduct periodic inspections of facilities and operational servicesEnsure timely preparation and distribution of monthly / periodic billings to owners and tenantsPrepare and track weekly action plans to meet deadlines for site operationsAssist in collections of maintenance fees and water charges from owner / tenant.Assist in purchasing, procurement, repairs, and refurbishment works as requiredMonitor and manage inventory stocks of items purchased for site operationsSubmit daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists and reports to HQWhat we're looking for
2-3 years of working experience in building or property management is an advantageDiploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong knowledge of building operations, vendor supervision, and statutory complianceGood communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilityCustomer-service oriented with a professional and proactive attitudeProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Able to work independently while supporting site and HQ operations effectivelyWhat we offer
