  • Guide and care for children aged 1.5–6 with patience and purpose
  • Communicate confidently in Mandarin to build strong connections
  • Observe, wait, and gently guide — no shouting, just heart-led coaching
  • Form secure, trusting bonds with each child, because connection comes first
  • Team up with parents as partners in their child’s growth journey
  • Coach students 1-on-1 (60% of the time) to help them unlock real-life skills, step by step

  • SPM / Diploma / Degree holders (any field — not limited to education)
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
