Responsibilities

Manage employer branding and recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.

Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain a database of industry-ready professionals.

Collaborate with management and HR partners to identify critical hiring needs and organizational talent priorities. Support leadership in establishing a high-performance, values-driven culture.

Hiring to build internal stakeholders and candidate experience.

Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles, potential hiring.

Accountable for the efficiency of TA team to drive KPIs and result / deliverables (i.e exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction - job fit and culturally fit).

Qualifications & Skills

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization.

Deep understanding of Malaysian employment laws, regulations, and statutory compliance.

Experience leading and coaching an HR team across all core HR functions.

Sound knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.

Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Confident in managing conflict and driving collaboration.

Ability to analyze and interpret HR data and metrics.

Innovative mindset with the ability to propose and implement creative HR solutions.

Adaptable, approachable, and resilient under pressure.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR management role, preferably within the manufacturing, factory operations, or export industry.

In-depth knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.

Strong strategic planning and problem‑solving skills.

Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin. (Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking parties.)

Skilled in using HR information systems (HRIS) and conducting data analysis.

Working Hours

4 working days in a week

8.30 am to 6.00 pm
