Greet customers and handle service bookings. Advise customers on required service, repairs, and costs. Prepare accurate job cards and obtain necessary approvals. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs. Keep customers updated on job progress, costs, and delivery times. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Ensure compliance with company service standards and SOPs. Job Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma, preferably in Automotive or related fields. 1–2 years of experience in service advisor / customer service roles (automotive preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic technical knowledge of vehicles and repairs. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Dealer Management System (DMS). Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure. What We Offer
