Responsibilities
- In consultation with reporting manager, design and implement marketing strategies for all marketing activities inclusive of both digital and on-ground related brands development, retails support and product management.
- Conduct local trade marketing activities in accordance with manager to work on all marketing, campaign & promotion planning.
- Work closely, handle with care by building good relationship with external stakeholders such as vendors, partners, media and advertising agencies to ensure the flow of event and campaign is executed fluently.
- Plan, manage and execute digital marketing and compile all measurable result, responsible to emphasis on brand’s massages as aligned with company direction.
- Well prepare all marketing postmortem report in format of PowerPoint for event wrapping & monthly presentation
- Manage product commercial success, retail excellency and in-store POSM execution.
- Initiates new idea, advertising channels & market trending solution in bringing increased brand awareness and sales.
- Conduct effective product training and campaign briefing to sales team including frontliner by enhancing shopper's experience throughout shopping’s journey.
- Facilitate short and long-term marketing strategy and execution for all marketing plans, product launches, conferences as well as digital marketing.
- Provide insight to stakeholders (management, retailers and distributors) on the product and market trends.
- Negotiation skill required when dealing with stakeholder for cost controlling to meet the budget and protecting company P&L.
