Sales Engineer

We are an engineering company with a regional presence. Our company believes in evolving and expanding our business areas and its market share. We seek a new teammate or two who is witty and not afraid of taking up new challenges to implement material handling technologies which aren't mature yet or fighting for new projects in unfamiliar places.

The candidate should be an experienced engineer with at least 3 years of hands-on automation history. It could be in warehouse or factory automation projects. Candidate will join a newly formed department that is focused on implementing automated material handling systems integrated with software systems.

Location : Melaka, Johor Bahru

Skillsets desired :

• Involved in the proposal, design and implementation of automated conveying systems,
• Knowledge on warehouse management systems, materials control systems, P.L.C. is advantageous,
• Past experiences on AMR, AGV, robots, vision system is advantageous,
• Must be able to draft technical drawings using AutoCAD or Solidworks (or equivalent),
• Able to present ideas and articulate clearly,
• Project management experience is a plus,
• Sales experience in engineering industry is advantageous,
• Hands-on, can-do attitude,
• Neat, well-organized attributes with pleasant personalities,
• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred but not a must,
• Travelling required 50% of the time,
• Multi-lingual (at least 3)
