ANTA Sports Products Limited is a leading sportswear company in China, listed on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2007. The company has been engaged in the design, development, manufacturing, and marketing of ANTA sportswear series to provide professional sporting goods to the mass market.

Recently, the company has been moving forward with the strategy of “Single-focus, Multi-brand, and Omni-channel” to deepen its footprint in the sportswear market.

Job Responsibilities

The HR Operations role includes handling the full spectrum of HR operations, such as recruitment support, onboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits, training, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will manage employee records, leave administration, and attendance tracking using HR systems, prepare HR reports, and assist with audits as required.

The Payroll Administration aspect of the role involves coordinating payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements, providing payroll-related support and advice to retail store managers and head office staff, and handling expatriate-related processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to payroll and expatriate management.
• Solid knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Experience in expatriate pass applications and liaising with government authorities is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
