Job Scope & General Purpose of Job :
- Monitor and control all food, beverage, and operational costs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost control reports.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile variances.
- Verify purchase orders, invoices, and receiving reports against actual goods.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and budget guidelines.
- Work closely with purchasing, kitchen, and stores to control wastage and pilferage.
- Analyze consumption patterns and suggest cost-saving measures.
- Assist in menu costing and pricing strategies.
- Ensure proper storage, issuing, and receiving procedures are followed.
- Support the finance team in audits and end-of-month closing.
