Cost Controller

Job Scope & General Purpose of Job :

• Monitor and control all food, beverage, and operational costs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost control reports.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile variances.
• Verify purchase orders, invoices, and receiving reports against actual goods.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and budget guidelines.
• Work closely with purchasing, kitchen, and stores to control wastage and pilferage.
• Analyze consumption patterns and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Assist in menu costing and pricing strategies.
• Ensure proper storage, issuing, and receiving procedures are followed.
• Support the finance team in audits and end-of-month closing.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
