About the role

As an Assistant Manager at Rashid Azlan Security (M) Sdn Bhd', you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. This contract position is based in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office, and you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and office management tasks.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team
Handling a variety of office management duties, including scheduling, record-keeping, and supply ordering
Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Serving as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries
Contributing to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient office operations

What we're looking for

3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in the security industry

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Flexibility and adaptability to handle a diverse range of responsibilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
