The Role
The Lead Instrument Engineer is responsible for the safe, high‑quality, and schedule‑driven delivery of instrument engineering scopes across all project phases. The role provides technical leadership and project oversight, coordinating closely with EPC contractors, multidisciplinary engineering teams, and key stakeholders to ensure designs and deliverables align with project requirements. Accountability includes ensuring outcomes meet approved designs, specifications, budgets, schedules, and applicable Owner and regulatory standards while managing technical risk and supporting efficient project execution.

Expected:
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering with at least 10 years experience in LNG / Refinery/Petrochemical/Chemical/Power Plants.
- Knowledge of DCS/PLC based system and Field instrumentation. Familiar with PC based design software for sizing of instruments. Preparation of requisition and procurement of instruments and control system. Experience in control system for preparation of functional description / cause and effect matrix / IPF narratives etc.
- Project Management capabilities of instrument & control works.
