Management Trainee (Sales)

Requirements

• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a preferred

• Transportation: Priority will be given to candidates with their own transportation.

• Education: Candidates must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level qualification.

• Experience: Fresh graduates or individuals with varied work experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Engage in various departmental rotations (start from sales) to gain a holistic understanding of the business operations.

• Meeting with clients physically during sales visits.

• Demonstrate and present products effectively to potential clients.

• Discuss promotions and offers with clients to enhance sales opportunities.

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and solve their problems.

• Actively participate in sales team meetings and training sessions.

• Assist in monitoring team performance and supporting team members in achieving their goals.
