Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a related role within an agency environment

• Resourceful and problem solves on the go without much guidance

• Strong expectation management with client and internal team

• Proven experience working with automotive brands or within the automotive industry

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to clients and internal teams

• Excellent project management abilities with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope

• Ability to work collaboratively with creative, social media, and video production teams

Preferred:

• Experience with major OEM brands

• Understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content production processes

• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, *************, or similar)

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Account Director to serve as the primary point of contact between our automotive clients and internal teams. You will be the strategic bridge connecting client objectives with creative, social media, and video production execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on client relationships, has a passion for the automotive industry, and can seamlessly coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional work for leading OEM brands and other major automotive marques.

What You'll Do

• Act as the main liaison between automotive clients and internal creative, social media, and video teams

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their brand objectives and translating them into actionable briefs

• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple departments to ensure seamless execution

• Lead client meetings, presentations, and status updates with confidence and professionalism

• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and propose strategic initiatives aligned with brand goals

• Develop presentations for campaign pitches and monthly reports together with creative/social media team

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations before final presentation

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights
