Executive, Sales - UDA Land (East) Sdn. Bhd.

Ensure all Sales & Marketing processes are executed within the required timelines and in compliance with UDA’s policies, company procedures and statutory regulations.

Achieve sales KPIs in terms of sales units and value based on approved budgets for existing stock, ongoing projects and new launches.

Plan and implement sales activities that align with company policies and relevant government regulations.

Monitor the end-to-end sales process, ensuring timely loan approvals and the signing of the Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) before handing over to the Credit Control Unit (CCU).

Track sold units to ensure key KPIs are met, including timely progression through financing and documentation stages.

Conduct monthly inspections of all unsold units to ensure they are clean, presentable, and ready for viewing.

Monitor market trends to ensure UDA’s property offerings remain competitive and relevant.

Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and engagement across digital platforms.

The Incumbent :

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the property or real estate industry.

Strong understanding of modern marketing techniques and digital engagement strategies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Good knowledge of commercial trends and market positioning strategies.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong time management and organizational skills.
