We run a high-volume education and events business with multiple revenue engines running at the same time: digital launches, webinar funnels, subscription products, and on-ground sales teams. We are looking for one person who can sit across all of it, drive revenue performance, and make sure every team knows what it is doing and why.

You Have Experience On These:

  • Managed both a marketing team and a sales team at the same time, not one after the other
  • Run or closely coordinated webinar-based or event-based revenue campaigns, from planning through to close
  • Owned a monthly or quarterly revenue target and reported it upward with full accountability
  • Inherited an existing team and earned their trust without breaking what already worked
  • Worked across both campaign revenue (launches, events) and recurring revenue (subscriptions, memberships) in the same role or company
  • Coordinated across marketing, sales, and delivery functions so that what gets sold can actually be fulfilled

The Requirement:

  • Background in education, coaching, live events, or information products
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, funnels, CRM, and MarTech
  • Proven experience managing both marketing and sales teams (on-ground & digital)
  • Strong track record of owning and achieving revenue targets
  • Minimum 5 years in growth, revenue, or marketing leadership role
  • Experience running webinar, launch, or event-based revenue campaigns
  • Ability to coordinate across marketing, sales, and delivery teams
  • Data-driven with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills

This role has real authority and real accountability. The pace is fast, especially around launch seasons. If you need a fully structured environment to do your best work, this is probably not the right fit. Location : Midvalley KL

Working Hour : Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm & Saturday 9.30am to 1pm
