Responsibilities
To update sales invoice daily
Prepare contracts using provided company software.
Assist in documentation / filling of accounting & admin documents for company
To organize files and keep the office clean and tidy.
Meeting minutes recording.
Assist day to day operations of the office administrations function and duties.
Coordinate with Sales Team and Contractors of events and projects.
Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required.
